Oops! I did it again- I managed to have another surgery this time on my left knee. Surgery took place January 11, 2010 at my favorite place, OrthoWest. This time I can thank Dr. Walsh and P.A Jeremy for the great surgery and rebuilding of my ACL. Also I must thank the greatest rehab therapist out there, Jerri Jacobi, who once again has me trained with a great stride just like a colt thoroughbred ready for the Kentucky Derby. How I accomplished this you ask, well I did a great leg workout one day and then thought I would play a little basketball instead of cardio, but man did my legs feel great jumping all over the place. I was playing above the rim and trying to be Lebron James on that final move until I realized I'm a bodybuilder with sore legs so when I landed my quad and hamstring gave out. I think the ACL was my landing gear, which was not enough, so this 747 went down hard. The way I look at it, must of meant I needed a break, plus I love a good challenge-- nothing like having to rebuild my legs again after I finally achieved an honest pair.

December 27, 2005 I had my first surgery of my career.I tore my labrum on my left shoulder, which put me out of the gym for about 4 months. Thanks to my surgeon, Dr.Kirk Hutton, and physical therapist, Jerri Jacobi, I was back in the gym end of April and training hardcore by mid-May.
In May training was back on track and I took 3 training partners under my belt to teach them Discipline. First is my older brother, PJ, who is a 37year old construction worker. He gave up drinking and smoking to discipline his body into the greatest physique that he thought was impossible. Also, Rob Barker a 36 year old computer programmer, and Mark Remar a 48 year old construction worker, who says age has no limits or fears. These 3 soldiers have the Discipline and are achieving the greatest physiques they thought they never had. In just less than 2 months they already have champion physiques.Stay tuned for photos of their results.
Currently working on Eddie's Team Discipline wear and training videos.
On July 13th-15th I was in New York competing in the Team Universe with just 2 months to diet and train I achieved a top 10 finish. Thanks to my sponsor Muscle Tech and their top of the line new supplements I was able to hold on to most of my size even after surgery, and only with 2 months of diet and training, I was even more ripped than usual. If all goes well next year's Universe should be a little more smooth sailing.
On November 28th I had another shoulder surgery on my right labrum, but once again thanks to Dr Hutton and the great products of Muscle tech I was able to do a photo shoot in Canada April 15th and now I am currently building myself for the MuscleMania in Hollywood in November if all goes well.

Here are some of my own before and after photos. It took me less than 2 months to transform myself after surgery. Diet and supplements were my only weapon (limited weights).

| In June 2008 was the first time I stepped up to the plate and competed heavyweight at 203lbs at the MuscleMania Universe in Miami. I placed 4th-- figures... if I could have come in 4lbs lighter, I could have had another title.
Also in June I had another great photoshoot with MuscleTech in Canada. Wow that's an amazing place. Let's just say there's a lot of work and research done on all of their great products. On September 20th I did a guest appearence at CompleteNutrition in Omaha, another great place to be, and they treated me very well. Currently this fall I am trying to put on a few extra pounds so I can hang with the heavyweights in my next contest. Also, I will be helping one of my Team Discipline members, Rob Barker, win the BluffsClassic bodybuilding show on September 27. GO GET EM ROB!
