If you want to get in shape you workout and follow a simple diet allowing you to cheat a few times a week. Now if you want to get RIPPED you have to train crazy and smart,but most important you must be able to diet your ass off.In other words you better have Diet Discipline!If your going for that Ripped look,busting your ass off in the gym day in and day out,but you still have to eat fast food or sweets at night.You might be looking a long time for that pure Ripped look.Let me tell you from experience one crap meal sometimes sets you back a whole week of dieting.Then after that you end up depressed and pissed cheating more and getting further away from your Ripped look.Like I once told my training partner getting ready for a show.He really wanted to cheat with a candy bar.I said go ahead but remember one thing when on a strict diet and you eat something thats not natural and full of nutrients your mind is going to mess with you and that crap food is going to taste like blood to a starving lion once it tastes that blood its hard for it to stop.If there is that chance you do stop all thats going to do is make your mind worse because that crap is stuck in your head that it taste great,then comes the depression again.My best advice if you realy want that Ripped look is to make sure your mind and body is ready for this battle,get your last cheat meal out of the way,or eat till you get sick of your favorite junk food like I do.Then its game on give your self at least 3-4weeks of hard core wright down every thing you eat diet. Then investigate your body if you did not cheat you should see some hellish results.Then see if your mind will want you to cheat and mess that up.Most likely you will be on that look good high.  
My Daily Diet for September and October

6:00am 2scoops vanilla nitro-tech 2scoops 1tbs creatine 6000-es,1scoop anabolic Halo,cup of skim milk 6 ice cubes blend and drink + 1cup oats and appllesauce

8:30am 8oz 96%groundbeef 1bag of brownrice cup mixed vegtables and 5 nutragrain bars

11:00am 8oz 96%fat free ground beef 1bag of brownrice cup of mixed vegtables and 4-5 nutragrain bars

1:00pm mesotech mrp

3:00pm mesotech mrp + 3 nutragrain bars

6:00pm 2scoops Anabolic Halo and 2 scoops nitrotech

8:30pm 8oz 96% fatfree burger and 8oz yam and cup of whole mushrooms

10:30pm 2scoops nitrotech with few blueberries and tbs lecithin
